Official Emotional Support Dog ID includes:

  • Listing In Our Database to receive email updates regarding legal changes.
  • A searchable ID number that displays the animal's self-reported information.
  • Laminated ID Card (ID's are made with the handler's and animal's name along with the photograph that is submitted at registration. The handler, the animal's name and photograph cannot be changed after the order has been submitted. Please refer to your registration under the "My Account" tab. If you need your name corrected, or want your photograph changed please email support@esaregistration.org before placing your order with your request. Once you submit your order, changes cannot be made to your Emotional Support Animal ID).

This simple, official PVC ID contains all the information you’ll need for your animal.

They provide a great way to locate your animal and handler's info via our database. All the IDs are laminated and include your emotional support animal’s name and registration number, along with a picture and the name of its handler.

(Please note: In order for an ESA to be valid you will need a letter from a licensed mental health professional.)

All orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail within the United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping is not available.

Embroidery Time - If your order has embroidery please note that it may take up to 7 business days for our office to complete the order after the tracking ID is created. Total processing and delivery time can be up to 2 weeks or more.

Overnight and priority mail shipping are no longer available due to the ongoing COVID-19 emergency. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Once an order is marked shipped please allow 2-3 days for a post office scan.
